Regal Fintech provides cloud-based financial technology solutions, including but not limited to payment processing, financial management tools, and related software services. Our services are designed to help businesses streamline their financial operations.
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to transmit, distribute, or store any material that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes on the rights of others.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Our services, including all software, content, and materials, are owned by Regal Fintech (a brand of First Strike Financial Advisory Pvt Ltd) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide technical support during business hours and will respond to critical issues within 24 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regal Fintech (a brand of First Strike Financial Advisory Pvt Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kolkata, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
