Key Responsibilities

• •Design modern user interfaces for web-based fintech and SaaS platforms
• •Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• •Design dashboards, customer portals, loan management systems, and business applications
• •Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly experiences
• •Maintain and enhance the company's design system and reusable UI components
• •Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities
• •Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all products and devices
• •Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• •Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
• •Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• •Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user journeys
• •Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• •Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• •Strong visual design skills including typography, color systems, and layouts

Good to Have

• •Experience designing fintech, banking, lending, or SaaS products
• •Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts
• •Experience working with React-based design systems
• •Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards
• •Portfolio showcasing dashboards, enterprise applications, or fintech products
